Clifford Chance Adds UnitedHealth Lawyer as Antitrust Partner

Stacy Frazier, who was previously a deputy general counsel at UnitedHealth Group, will join Clifford Chance as a partner in its Washington office to bolster the firm’s antitrust group.

Clifford Chance lawyers have guided UnitedHealth and its subsidiary Optum on various matters, including its acquisition of Change Healthcare. The deal was completed in 2022 after a federal court rejected a Justice Department challenge.
