Clifford Chance Adds Three Tech Partners in New York, DC Offices

Vipul N. Nishawala, Meighan E. O’Reardon, and James W. McPhillips have joined Clifford Chance as US-based tech partners in New York and Washington, D.C., the firm said Tuesday.

Nishawala, who joins in New York, focuses on technology-driven transactions and representing corporate clients in technology and outsourcing matters, according to Clifford Chance.

O’Reardon works on services and technology deals and worldwide data use and privacy concerns, while McPhillips focuses on technology and commercial transactions, Clifford Chance said. They both join in D.C.
