Michal Netanyahu joined Clifford Chance as a partner in its private equity practice in New York, the firm announced Monday.
Netanyahu represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies on cross-border M&A, leveraged buy-outs, investments, divestitures, joint ventures, equity financings and restructurings. She advises private equity sponsors and growth equity funds on transactional, regulatory and market complexities, the firm said.
She joins from Freshfields.
