Ty’Meka M. Reeves-Sobers and Marcia Hook have joined Clifford Chance as partners with the global energy and infrastructure team, the firm said Monday.
Reeves-Sobers, who will be based in Houston, has experience in environment-related risk in regulations and transactions and advises on M&A, finance, and regulatory matters, according to Clifford Chance.
Hook advises on energy regulatory and transactional issues, and she will be based in Washington, D.C.
