Chang-Do Gong has joined Clifford Chance as a partner in the US mergers and acquisitions practice, the firm said Wednesday.
Gong has public and private M&A experience across the energy and infrastructure, healthcare and life sciences, and media and technology sectors, according to Clifford Chance.
