Clifford Chance Adds Energy Deals Lawyer Arora-Cox in New York

Shellka Arora-Cox joined Clifford Chance as a partner in its energy & infrastructure finance team in the US, the firm announced Tuesday.

Arora-Cox, who joins from Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, advises private equity investors, developers, lenders, and government institutions on energy and infrastructure projects. She assists clients in structuring deals, assessing project risks, and navigating complex financing arrangements like syndicated loans, Islamic finance, and government-backed funding, the firm said.
