Clifford Chance Adds Adriana Zhan to New York Tax Group

Adriana Zhan joined Clifford Chance as a partner in its tax, pensions, and employment group in New York, the firm announced Wednesday.

Zhan advises on cross-border and domestic taxation, including tax aspects of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and private capital transactions, securities offerings, restructurings, and investment funds.

She also advises clients on US tax issues relating to partnerships, the Foreign Investment in Real Property Tax Act, and sovereign investors, the firm said.
