Cleary Gottlieb Hires Josh Brody as Restructuring Partner in NY

Josh Brody joined Cleary Gottlieb as a partner in its US restructuring group in New York, the firm announced Monday.

Brody represents clients on all aspects of both in-court and out-of-court restructurings, including lenders and ad hoc groups across the capital structure. He also assists credit and other funds on capital solutions and special situation transactions, the firm said.
