James Hu has joined Cleary Gottlieb as a partner in New York, the firm said Wednesday.
Hu focuses on public company M&A and private equity transactions, according to Cleary Gottlieb.
He advises investors, boards of directors, and senior executives on leveraged buyouts, public company mergers, corporate carve-outs, minority investments, and distressed situations, Cleary Gottlieb said.
