Cleary Gottlieb Adds Brett Pearlman as Partner in Private Credit

Brett Pearlman joined Cleary Gottlieb as a partner in its Capital Solutions and Private Credit group, the firm announced Monday.

Pearlman will focus on private credit, special situations, and liability management exercises and will advise investors, borrowers, and sponsors in transactions involving private credit. He accumulated more than a decade of experience at several investment firms, acting as a principal at an independent investment firm focused on providing financing solutions to middle-market companies and serving as a senior vice president at a global private equity firm, the firm said.
