David Herman joined Cleary Gottlieb as a partner in its US real estate group, the firm announced Wednesday.
Herman advises on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions across asset classes. He has worked on transactions totaling more than $100 billion, including advising Lehman Brothers on its bankruptcy and the restructuring of its real estate portfolio, as well as Brookfield on its purchase of GGP and Forest City Realty Trust, the firm said.
Sam Limmer and Cindy Resnick also joined as partner and counsel, respectively. Limmer represents real estate-focused entities in transactions involving various property types across the US. ...
