Stephen Nicolas joined Cleary Gottlieb as a partner in its global real estate practice in London, the firm announced Wednesday.
His practice focuses on corporate and private equity real estate transactions across asset classes. He advises on acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, restructures, complex lease arrangements, franchise agreements and management agreements for clients operating across jurisdictions, the firm said.
Nicolas joins from Paul Hastings, according to his LinkedIn profile.
