Lionel Bochurberg joined Clark Hill as a member in the corporate practice group in San Diego, the firm announced Thursday.
Bochurberg, who is admitted to practice in Quebec and Paris in addition to California and Washington, DC, is a trusted adviser to multinational clients in a range of industries including renewable energy, biotech, software, wireless, online retail, cannabis and the wine and food industries on cross-border corporate matters. He is fluent in French, Spanish, and English and is a member of the French BioBeach Advisory Board and of the Association Internationale du Droit du Vin.
