Mark Auten joined Clark Hill as a member in its tax and estate planning practice in Collin County, Texas, the firm announced Thursday.

Auten assists business owners with pre-exit planning strategies and provides individuals with foundational estate planning guidance, the firm said.

He advises clients on income tax planning, estate tax planning, and creditor protection planning, Clark Hill said.
