Clark Hill has combined with Barton Klugman & Oetting in Los Angeles, the firm said Monday.
Ten attorneys from Barton Klugman will join Clark Hill in its downtown offices, according to Clark Hill.
Barton Klugman was a boutique firm in L.A. that focused on finance, transactional, and litigation practices, working with small businesses, family offices, corporate, and institutional clients, Clark Hill said.
