Clark Hill Appoints Kevin Kent to Co-Lead Transatlantic Strategy

Kevin D. Kent has joined Clark Hill as a member in the litigation practice and will be based in the Philadelphia, Pa., and Dublin, Ireland, offices, the firm said Thursday.

Kent, who was most recently a shareholder at Conrad O’Brien, will co-lead the firm’s transatlantic strategy, according to Clark Hill.

He focuses on public infrastructure, civil fraud, director and officer liability, and government civil enforcement actions, Clark Hill said.

Kent is also a federal equity receiver and liquidating trustee in Securities Exchange Commission enforcement actions, according to the firm.
