Clark Hill Adds Trio of Corporate Members to Atlanta Office

Michael Rosenthal, Sonny Cohen, and Binford Minter joined Clark Hill as members in its franchise group in Atlanta, the firm announced Tuesday.

Rosenthal’s practice involves franchise clients in addition to general corporate and business matters, the firm said.

Cohen’s practice is primarily in corporate merger and acquisitions while also specializing in franchising within the hospitality industry.

Minter provides general corporate and business support to clients in the franchise industry, including M&A work, the firm said. He also provides representation in local government matters.
