Clark Hill Adds Richard Scharlat to Labor, Employment Practice

Richard Scharlat joined Clark Hill as a member of the labor and employment practice in New York, the firm announced Monday.

Scharlat represents clients in various arbitral forums, as well as before the New York Department of Human Rights and the New Jersey Department of Labor, the firm said.

He litigates discrimination, whistleblower, restrictive covenant, and joint-employer matters with a particular focus on management-side litigation, Clark Hill said. He frequently represents behavioral therapy providers, daycare centers, and other healthcare companies.
