Regina Faul joined Clark Hill as a member in its labor and employment practice in New York, the firm announced Monday.

Faul represents employers in litigations and day-to-day advice and counsel as well as executives in negotiations of employment and severance agreements, the firm said.

Her clients include business owners, building owners, contractors, developers, restaurants and food establishments, hotels, nonprofits, and other service providers.
