Clark Hill Adds Estate Planning Pro McCuiston to Texas Office

Jason McCuiston joined Clark Hill as a member in its tax and estate planning group in the firm’s Collin County, Texas office, the firm announced Thursday.

McCuiston is board-certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in estate planning and probate law and represents individuals, families, business owners, and fiduciaries. He advises clients on asset protection and estate planning strategies designed to preserve wealth and minimize transfer taxes, and he represents executors and trustees in the estate and trust administration process, the firm said.
