Clark Hill Adds Cami Perkins to Corporate Group in Las Vegas

Cami Perkins joined Clark Hill as a member in its corporate group in Las Vegas, the firm announced Tuesday.

Perkins supports clients through business structuring and restructuring, mergers, asset and stock transactions, business-related litigation, business divorces, and all forms of alternative dispute resolution, the firm said.

She has served as outside general counsel for more than 200 business clients in varying fields including restaurants, medical practices, biotech, real estate, construction, retail, entertainment, and more, the firm said.
