Clark Hill has acquired Philadelphia-based real estate boutique Larsson & Scheuritzel, adding four lawyers, the law firm said Wednesday.
“We are thrilled to welcome this talented team of well-respected lawyers,” Lauri Kavulich, Member-in-Charge of Clark Hill’s Philadelphia office, said in a statement announcing the move, which is effective immediately.
Larsson & Scheuritzel co-founder David Larsson and lawyer Bruce Ritter are joining Clark Hill as partners, the firm said. Co-founder Paul Scheuritzel and lawyer Daniel Gibbon join in counsel roles.
