Ellen Blain joined Clarick Gueron Reisbaum as a partner, the firm announced on Tuesday.
Blain was most recently the acting deputy chief of the civil division and chief of the civil rights unit for the US attorney’s office for the US District Court for the Southern District of New York, the firm said. She was responsible for hundreds of affirmative and defensive investigations and litigations, including the first case brought by the US over algorithmic discrimination by a social media platform.
