Michelle Moosally joined Citizens Financial Group as general counsel and chief legal officer, the company announced March 3. Matt Boss was named head of consumer banking.
Moosally will lead the company’s legal department, with responsibility for corporate governance, litigation and employment, client advisory services, regulatory relations and government relations, the company said.
She joins from Wells Fargo, where she was global head of regulatory relations.
