Citi CFO Mason to Step Down as Fraser Shuffles Businesses (2)

Citigroup Inc.’s Mark Mason will step down as chief financial officer as the bank adjusts leadership ranks under a new structure that hands more power to wealth head Andy Sieg.

Gonzalo Luchetti will take over as CFO when Mason leaves the post in early March to become executive vice chair of the company and a senior adviser to Chief Executive Officer Jane Fraser, according to a statement Thursday.
