Chipotle Replaces Exiting Legal Chief With Human Resources Head

Chipotle Mexican Grill Inc., a restaurant chain that has grappled with a variety of employment and litigation-related matters in recent years, has named chief human resources executive Ilene Eskenazi to be its new chief legal officer.

Eskenazi, a former legal chief and head of human resources at Petco Health and Wellness Inc., has been Chipotle’s top human resources officer since 2023.
