Jamal Haughton has been named executive vice president, general counsel, and corporate secretary of Charter Communications Inc., according to a Tuesday news release.
Haughton, whose appointment will be effective Nov. 6, has served as executive vice president, general counsel, and corporate secretary of Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp., Charter Communications said.
He also served as senior vice president and general counsel at Samsung Electronics America Inc., as well as senior vice president, associate general counsel, and assistant secretary at Cablevision Systems Corporation, according to Charter Communications.
