Chapman and Cutler Recruits Peter Hong as Corporate Partner

Peter Hong joined Chapman and Cutler as a partner in its corporate and securities department and investment management group in Washington, the firm announced Thursday.

Hong’s practice focuses on the registration and regulation of investment advisers, broker-dealers, and commodity trading advisers, the firm said. He also works on the formation and compliance obligations of registered and private investment companies.

He joins from Stradley Ronon.
