Dean Conway joined Carlton Fields as a shareholder in its national securities litigation and enforcement practice in Washington, the firm announced Thursday.
Conway has worked with complex securities enforcement, litigation, and regulatory compliance matters and advised on public company disclosure, accounting and internal controls violations, investment advisers, broker-dealers, insider trading, cybersecurity, and unregistered offerings involving crypto assets, the firm said.
He joins from the Securities and Exchange Commission, where he was assistant chief litigation counsel.
