Grace Pan has joined Carlton Fields as a shareholder in the firm’s national intellectual property property in New York, the firm said Monday.
Pan, who focuses on IP litigation, patents, trade dress and trade secrets, is a registered patent attorney with experience handling matters before the US Patent and Trademark Office and federal district and appellate courts, according to Carlton.
She also has represented companies before the Tokyo District Court, the Intellectual Property High Court in Tokyo, the Taipei District Court, and the Beijing District People’s Court, the firm said.
