Ellyn Garofalo has been appointed managing shareholder of Carlton Fields’ Los Angeles office, the firm said Thursday.
Her practice concentrates on the defense and prosecution of breach of contract claims, partnership disputes, securities and investor fraud claims, and real estate litigation as well as other business disputes, according to Carlton Fields.
Garofalo also has experience with white collar defense and SEC enforcement actions, said the firm.
