Stephen Jorden rejoined Carlton Fields as a shareholder in its life, annuity, and retirement litigation practice in Hartford, Conn., the firm announced Wednesday.
Jorden represents businesses in complex litigation, regulatory disputes, and internal investigations, the firm said. He defends life insurers, annuity issuers, and other financial institutions in class actions, including market conduct cases, commercial contract disputes, and consumer fraud claims.
He joins from Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath.
