Carlton Fields Adds Jonathan Ginsberg as Litigation Shareholder

Jonathan Ginsberg joined Carlton Fields as a shareholder in its business litigation practice in New York, the firm announced Monday.

Ginsberg handles complex litigation, with a focus on business and commercial disputes and First Amendment litigation, the firm said. His First Amendment practice includes representing news publishers and media organizations in federal courts across the country and he advises clients in connection with section 230 of the Communications Decency Act.
