Carlton Fields Adds Carol McClarnon as Shareholder in Washington

Carol McClarnon joined Carlton Fields as a shareholder in its financial services regulatory practice in Washington, the firm announced Wednesday.

McClarnon represents retirement plan service providers and plan sponsors before the Labor Department and Internal Revenue Service to resolve compliance issues. She focuses on compliance with Title I of ERISA and its fiduciary duty and prohibited transaction provisions, the firm said.

She joins from Eversheds Sutherland.
