Cahill Hires Two Finance Partners to Lead London Practice Groups

Jeremy Duffy and Lisa Seifman joined Cahill Gordon & Reindel as partners in London, the firm announced Feb. 9. Duffy will serve as chair of the European leveraged finance practice group, while Seifman will serve as chair of the real estate finance practice group, and both will serve as co-chairs of the digital infrastructure finance practice group.

Duffy advises global banks, funds, sponsors and corporations on European leveraged finance transactions, investment grade transactions, restructurings, general bank lending, bridge facilities and high yield securities.
