Colleen Tracy James has joined Cahill Gordon & Reindel as a partner in the litigation group and the life sciences patent litigation and intellectual property litigation practices in New York, the firm said Monday.
James, who will co-chair the life sciences patent litigation practice, focuses on patent infringement litigation and US Patent and Trademark Office Patent Trial and Appeal Board proceedings, according to Cahill.
She also provides intellectual property patent services such as freedom-to-operate opinions and licensing and due diligence advice, Cahill said.
