Cahill Boosts Private Credit Group With Golub Capital’s Jha

Sneha Jha joined Cahill Gordon & Reindel as a partner in its private credit group in New York, the firm announced Monday.

Jha structured and negotiated private credit transactions including LBOs, cross border deals, refinancings, and restructurings. She represents predominately lenders in complex financing transactions including private credit, syndicated leveraged finance, restructuring, and project finance, the firm said.

She joins from Golub Capital.
