Cahill Antitrust Practice Chief Elai Katz Jumps to McDermott (1)

Elai Katz, leader of Cahill Gordon & Reindel’s antitrust and trade regulation group, is heading to McDermott Will & Emery as the firm seeks to bolster its roster and dealmakers face increasing scrutiny.

Katz, a longtime Cahill partner, is joining McDermott as a partner in its regulatory practice group in New York. He is the latest partner, and practice group leader, to leave the Manhattan-founded Cahill in recent months.
