Cadwalader Recruits Jaye Kasper as Corporate Practice Partner

Jaye Kasper joined Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft as a partner in its corporate practice in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.

Kasper advises private equity funds and private and public companies on complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, de-SPACs, carve-outs, leveraged buyouts, minority investments, executive compensation, incentive equity arrangements, governance, and other general corporate matters, the firm said.

She also advises private equity funds in the management of their portfolio companies, including financings, follow-on acquisitions, and liquidity events.
