Cadwalader Recruits Ex-FDIC Deputy General Counsel Andrew Karp

Andrew Karp has joined Cadwalader as a partner in New York, the firm said Monday.

Karp served as deputy general counsel and senior special counsel at the FDIC, according to Cadwalader.

He also held the roles of US general counsel and chief regulatory officer at the Bank of Montreal and managing director and senior managing counsel at BNY Mellon as well as spent time at the Federal Reserve, Cadwalader said.
