Andrew O’Brien has joined Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft as an executive compensation and employee benefits partner in its New York office, the firm said Monday.
O’Brien has a background in the areas of executive compensation, employee benefits and ERISA, according to Cadwalader.
His practice includes advising public and private corporations, private equity and investment funds on complex compensation, benefits, and related corporate governance and disclosure matters, the firm said.
