Chris Montgomery joined King & Spalding as a partner in its finance and restructuring practice group in New York, the firm announced Wednesday.
Montgomery represents lenders and sponsors on the full spectrum of fund finance transactions. He will work to expand the firm’s trans-Atlantic fund finance practice and collaborate with the London fund finance team, the firm said.
He joins from Cadwalader, where he became partner in late 2023.
