Kenneth Breen and Phara Guberman have joined Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft as partners in the global litigation and white collar defense and investigations groups, the law firm announced Tuesday.
Breen and Guberman join the firm from Paul Hastings, where Breen served as head of the New York white collar group and formerly as chair of the global investigations and white collar defense team, Cadwalader said.
Breen and Guberman specialize in defending corporations and executives against allegations of accounting fraud, securities fraud, insider trading, cybersecurity issues, and money laundering, according to the firm.
