Cadwalader Adds Leveraged Finance Partner Ed Holmes in London

Edward Holmes joined Cadwalader as a partner in its leveraged finance practice in London, the firm announced Tuesday.

Holmes advises underwriters, institutional lenders and private credit funds on large-cap and mid-cap cross-border financings, including broadly syndicated term loans, private credit facilities, and high-yield bond transactions. His practice focuses on bridge-to-bond structures and liability management transactions, and he has been ranked in capital markets by Chambers UK since 2023, the firm said.

He joins from the London office of a major global law firm.
