Andro Atlaga joined Cadwalader as a partner in its leveraged finance and private credit practice in London, the firm announced Monday.
Atlaga advises issuer and underwriter clients, as well as alternative capital investors on international capital markets and cross-border leveraged finance transactions, with a particular focus on high-yield bond financings. Atlaga also advises on debt liability management transactions, restructurings, initial public offerings and US securities law matters, the firm said.
He joins from King & Spalding, according to his LinkedIn profile.
