Cadwalader Adds Angela Batterson as Finance Partner in New York

Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP has added Angela Batterson to its finance group as a partner in New York, the firm said Tuesday.

Batterson advises clients on leveraged financing transactions, intercreditor agreements, and distressed debt financings.

Batterson was the chair of the State Bar of Georgia UCC Committee, the firm said.
