Burr & Forman Recruits Ricky Benjamin as Health-Care Partner

Ricky Benjamin joined Burr & Forman as a partner in its health-care practice group in Atlanta, the firm announced Tuesday.

Ricky advises clients on Food and Drug Administration regulatory, compliance, and enforcement matters, including clinical trials, product development, and safety requirements for consumer products under the Consumer Product Safety Commission and the Federal Trade Commission, the firm said.

He works with manufacturers of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, biologics, cosmetics, and personal care products, providing guidance on labeling, marketing, and post-market compliance.
