Charles Marshall will join Burr & Forman as chief operating officer March 1, the firm announced Thursday.
Marshall will oversee performance management, firm operations, client service, and senior management team initiatives, the firm said.
He is joining from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he served as vice chancellor and general counsel.
