Michael Caruso has joined Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney as a shareholder in the bankruptcy and creditors’ rights practice group in New Jersey, the firm said Tuesday.
Caruso focuses on secured lender and creditor representation in commercial loan workouts and restructurings, complex mortgage foreclosures, receiverships, Chapter 11 bankruptcy, and business insolvency, according to Buchanan. He represents financial institutions, private lenders, and commercial real estate investors.
He works with clients involved in the banking and finance, commercial real estate, equipment leasing, and healthcare industries, Buchanan said.
