Richard Montes de Oca has joined Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney as a shareholder in the corporate section of the Miami office, the firm said Thursday.
Montes de Oca’s practice includes corporate governance, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, securities, and global compliance, according to Buchanan.
He will lead the firm’s international business practice group and also serve as a member of the diversity and inclusion council, Buchanan said.
